Refund policy
One of the reasons I like using a print-on-demand supplier is that it keeps waste to a minimum. This is good for the planet and good for pockets. I also have a teeny tiny Victorian terrace house so keep a bajillion hoodies in stock just ain't gonna fly.
What it does mean, particularly with clothing, is that it's SUPERIMPORTANT to make sure you order the right size. Full sizing info is included in the product images on clothing listings, so PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE check them carefully - I always recommend measuring your fave sweatshirt, tee, hoodie, whatever - and then comparing the measurements to the chart to see if it's OK with you.
THIS HELPS US AVOID RETURNS :)
Of course, sometimes, they can't be helped, so please do get in touch. Return postage costs are covered by you, and you'll be refunded the cost of the original item. You're then free to order an alternative size should you want to.
I also accept returns/exchanges/refunds if an item is faulty or damaged on receipt. You'll need to provide photos of the fault or damage in order to be eligible for a return/exchange/refund.
Conditions of return
- Buyer can return or exchange
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
